What are My Vintage Pattern Shipping Policies?

We offer Expert Shipping via the US Post Office.  We ship internationally and globally .

What types of payment do you accept?

All payments must be made in US dollars.

We accept instant credit card and e-check payments through Paypal, no account needed. We are a Paypal verified merchant so you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled in a professional and secure manner.

Do you offer Lay-away plans?

We will layaway, a specific item/items for you, if requested to do so, under the following terms: The order must total $50.00 or more.

We will require an advance deposit of 25% of the total price of the item/s. This payment can be in the form of a personal check, money order, or the deposit can be made through PayPal.

The item will be held for a period of, up to 90 days. During this time you may make payments on it however you like, but the final payment must be made within 90 days. If the transaction is not concluded on the last day of the 90 day period, all payments will be forfeited.

Return Policy

On digital items such as Cross Stitch Patterns, we do not accept returns. You can tell us what the problem is and we will do our best to correct it. When we have corrected the problem you will be re-issued a new item.

We make every effort to create problem free downloads but sometimes things happen. The best thing to do is communicate with us.

If there is a problem with the item purchased we must hear from you within (3) days of the date from which you received your pattern.

If you have purchased a CD and there is a defect in the operation of the CD I will replace your CD via email.

Can I cancel my order?

For order cancellation there is a $20.00 service charge per order. Please be sure that you want the item before you purchase it, or email me at admin@myvintagepattern.com, with any questions you might have before purchasing items.

Delivery Information

What are My Vintage Pattern Shipping Policies?

If you are purchasing a downloadable digital file. After payment is complete you will receive an email with the information on how to download your file. If you miss the email please let me know.  You should be able to download your file as soon as payment is complete.

We offer many shipping options for US Customers to choose from.  For our International shoppers we also offer several shipping options.  The choice is yours.

My Vintage Pattern is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for lost orders shipped to an incorrect address. We Use The Address that Is Provided by Paypal only, incase of a dispute.  If you provided us with an incorrect address, you assume all risk. We add tracking confirmation at no additional cost to you. If you want insurance you will need to ask for it.

Shipping/Handling Fee
Our shipping fees include shipping and handling.  The shipping/handling fee includes postage, the cost for packaging, labels, etc., cost to fill the order. By completing the order, you accept the shipping/handling fees.

Shipping Delivery Time
Except for our busiest period, orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order. During our busiest period, it may take up to 9 business days to ship from the day you placed your order. The delivery time is based on the time it takes to process your order in the order it was received. Note: We live in rural USA and do not have mail pick up on weekends.

For personal check payment orders additional time will have to be added because this type of payment requires bank clearance before purchases can be shipped. Usually 7 to 10 business days. 

Items purchased by check or money order, made by mail in are put on hold for 7 days.  If after 7 days has passed and payment has not been received the item/s will be returned to stock and re-offered for sale to the general public.
